Operations Team Leader
(Maternity Cover)

Based in Bristol                                           £32,000 per annum plus benefits

New Work Trust has been supporting businesses for over 40 years, offering affordable, high-quality rented accommodation tailored to small and medium-sized enterprises, including start-ups and sole practitioners. Today, we’re proud to provide workspace and a range of services to more than 50 businesses based, with plans to expand in the near future!

As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Operations to coordinate and deliver smooth day-to-day operations at Station Road Workshops. You’ll take charge of ensuring our front-of-house activities run seamlessly, maintaining excellent service in line with our Service Level Agreements, and handling all enquiries and requests from our licensees with professionalism and efficiency.  

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Strong communication, time management and administrative skills along with excellent attention to detail.

• Experience of working in a front of house/reception and customer facing environment.

• Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word and Excel) and ideally accountancy packages eg Xero.

• Ability to deal with demanding situations in a patient, calm and effective manner and escalate, where appropriate.

• Proactive, flexible and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. 

• 2+ Years supervisory experience along with the ability to support and motivate others in the team.

• Some knowledge and experience of facilities management and health and safety would be an advantage.
